The Finisher production plant at Bregentved Estate consists of

Four identical barns with a total number of 32,000 pig pen units
A capacity of approximately 130,000 produced finisher pigs per year.
Four full-scale barn acidification systems to reduce evaporation of ammonia-N by 70 percent, corresponding to approximately 58,000 kg N annually
A JH SmellFighter – which will reduce the smell from the new plants at Bregentved by about 50 percent

JH Agro has delivered a complete JH Acidification NH4 + system for slurry acidification
The delivery includes a 24 m2 acid tank, a technical well with 4 valves and a JH SmellFighter built into a 20-foot container
The farmer has also signed a 2-year service agreement, which includes 3 annual service inspections (2 bsic inspections and 1 main inspection)

Farrowing farm built on bare land by I/S Gammelgård
The spreading robot system was established in November/December 2013
I/S Gammelgård built near the town of Odder, a new barn for 1250 sows in 2013.
I/S Gammelgård asked for a solution that could spread straw in the farrowing pens of the gestating sows as well as the mating area.
JH Agro provided an automatic system ensuring the delivery and spreading of straw.
Animal welfare was emphasized throughout the facility as well as for the working environment for employees, and here the automatic system,among others, plays a central role.
The system consists of a bale opener for bales size 120x90cm (3/4 Heston) with 2 extra feeding tables and a 350L MiniStrø spreading robot with spreader discs controlling the distribution to both sides.
There is a service agreement attached to this solution

Farrowing farm built on bare land by Poul Kjær Poulsgård
Spreading system set up in November/December 2017
Poul Kjær Poulsgård built a new barn facility for 1.500 sows in 2017/18
Poul sought after a solution that could distribute straw in farrowing pens by the gestating sows and in the mating area.
JH Agro delivered an automatic system which ensures the delivery and spreading of straw.
The solution itself consists of a bale opener for mini-Heston bales, including 2 extra feeding tables as well as a 475L MiniStrø robot with a cross belt which distributes the straw to both sides. This solution comes with a service agreement

New finisher shed for 5000 pigs with expected production of 11000 pigs per year
Customer requested an automatic system for distributing straw into pens with finisher pigs in order to for fill the requirements from RSCPA and Red Tractor.
JH Agro has delivered a completely automatic system for distributing straw into pens.
The system consists of a bale opener that can handle big round or square bales and a 3000L robot, travelling on a rail system, that distributes straw at scheduled times.
The regular spreading of straw adds significant environmental enrichment to the building as well as saving significant amounts of time and labour.

The spreading system was set up in November/December 2017
Brian has a barn with approximately 150 organic dairy cows in the Havndal area.
Brian asked for a solution which could distribute finely cut straw on the mattresses in the cow cubicles.(……..distribute finely cut straw on 50 mattresses and 140 hay cribs for the cows)

Adamshøj Farm sought after a solution which could spread roughage on the veranda for hens
JH Agro provided an automatic system which ensures the delivery and distribution of roughage to the hens
The system itself consists of a 6m3 roughage feed mixer for roughage. The mixer can be filled with a mini loader. Via a conveyor, the mixer fills a 525L distribution robot which by a pre-programmed timer, delivers and spreads the roughage on the veranda

Jørgen N. Hansen built a new barn for 30.000 egg laying organic hens in 2017.
Jørgen requested a solution which could spread roughage on the veranda for hens
JH Agro provided an automatic system which ensures the delivery and distribution of roughage to the hens
The system itself consists of a 7m3 feeder-bunker for the roughage and can be filled with a mini loader. The bunker-feeder fills a 525L MiniStrø distribution robot which by a pre-programmed timer, delivers and spreads the roughage on the veranda. There is a service agreement attached to this solution
