MG Wet Feed Trolley that can pump and mix wet feed for piglets.
The newly developed trolley is based on the well-known and reliable MG Milk Trolley, which has been on the market for many years now. Tank, frame, fittings and ball bearings are in stainless steel.
MG Wet Feed Trolley is available in 3 sizes: 100, 180 and 280 liters. MG Wet Feed Trolley is fitted with large wheels, which make it easy to pull / push around the barn. The electric parts are in degree of tightness IP67 and are resistant to spraying with water.
The new components on the MG Wet Feed Trolley are, firstly, a powerful impeller pump that easily pumps a mix of 50 kg of feed and 100 liters of water. The carriage is fitted as standard with a 2 meter hose and feeding handle with push button and anti-drip valve, which makes feeding the piglets a pleasure. It is also an option to equip the trolley with portion control, e.g. the pump can be set to give 0.3 liters at each pressure. Next, the cart can be mounted with a powerful 12 volt mixer, which can be started up as needed when you are on a feeding round in the barn. It is well known that wet feed can precipitate after a short time, and therefore it may be necessary to start up the mixer every 5-10 minutes to avoid mixing of the feed items. MG Wet Feed Trolley is fitted as standard with a 220 volt mixer.
